Dr Zeenat Mohammad
General Practitioner Partner
Dr Zeenat Mohammad joined the practice as a Junior Partner in 2010 and worked alongside her father who was the Principal GP at the practice until his retirement in 2021. She is now the Lead GP.
Dr Zeenat Mohammad grew up in the local area, went to Cambridge University and then returned to Manchester to provide high quality medical care to her local community. She can speak fluent Bengali.
She is heavily involved in undergraduate medical education for both Manchester Medical School and Imperial College, London. She has received multiple awards for these services.
Her special interests include Cardiology, Respiratory, Mental Health and Dermatology as well as Paediatric Medicine. She is qualified to perform minor surgery and joint injections.
Dr Sampa Chail
General Practitioner Locum
Dr Chail is a regular Locum GP at the Practice. She has vast experience in Primary Care and Secondary Care having worked for over 10 years in hospitals and over 5 years in GP surgeries.
Asif Din
FCP Physiotherapist
Asif is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience both in private and NHS outpatient clinics and the community. He has worked in the NHS ever since qualifying including areas such as occupational health, musculoskeletal outpatients, and sports injury clinics. His role within the practice is for assessment and diagnostic triage, but he can provide advice and refer you to a rehabilitation physiotherapist if required.
Vlad Matei
Practice Manager
Vlad oversees the smooth running of the practice. He is responsible for the general day to day running of the Surgery. This includes: patient services, practice and staff development, financial management, human resources, premises management and information technology.

Our team of professional reception & administration staff follow guidelines of the practice. They are there to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and enquiries. They will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition – this information is used to ensure your call is dealt with by the correct Clinician. They are bound by the same standards of confidentiality as all the clinical staff. Their primary role is to assist our patients.
